Tim Lumb

Tim Lumb serves as the Head of Learning and Development at the UK Sports Institute since April 2020. Prior to this role, Tim held two positions at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB), first as Head of Coach & Workforce Education and Leadership Team member from 2009 to 2016, and then as Network Systems Manager from August 2016 to April 2020. In these capacities, Tim contributed significantly to people strategy and business system leadership, particularly within the Recreational Leadership team.
