Jessica Boaks is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational audit, risk management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Operational Audit & Risk Manager at UK TOTE GROUP since June 2021, Jessica has also held positions such as Quality Assurance & Process Manager and Safer Gambling Escalations Officer within the same organization. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Compliance Officer at Handepay and gained significant experience as a Complaint Investigator for Lloyds Banking Group at Huntswood. Additional experience includes roles at Barclays, Groupon, Arvato UK, and Adecco, covering various aspects of customer service and escalation management. Jessica's education includes GCSE qualifications from Halewood Community Comprehensive.
