Somia Nasim has extensive experience in research and knowledge management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Research and Knowledge Management at UK Youth since September 2020, Somia previously held roles as Research and Development Lead and Research and Impact Manager. Prior to this, Somia worked at EU Skills from October 2015 to September 2020 as Policy and Research Manager. At Ofqual from January 2011 to July 2015, Somia held positions as Principal Researcher and Programme Leader for Research and Evidence. Somia's career began at QCDA - Qualifications & Curriculum Development Agency, where from January 2008 to January 2011, Somia was the Research Data Manager and Head of Evidence.
