Jennifer Norman

Jennifer Norman is currently an Assessment Manager at UKAS since May 2022. Previously, Jennifer held various positions at the University of Cape Town from June 2001 to May 2022, including roles as QA Manager and External Project Manager in Clinical Pharmacokinetic Laboratory. Jennifer also served as a Committee Member for the Laboratory Technologist Committee at the university. From December 2017 to September 2021, Jennifer was the Laboratory Director at Groote Schuur Hospital, where Jennifer oversaw the therapeutic drug monitoring laboratory and ensured ISO15189 accreditation. Jennifer has a Master's degree in Pharmacology and extensive experience in bioanalytical auditing and project management.
