The Training and Development team at UKAS is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. Led by the Head of Training & Development (operations), this team ensures that all staff members receive comprehensive training tailored to sustain UKAS's commitment to quality, integrity, and continual improvement. Team members, including the Training Manager and Learning & Development Coordinator, work collaboratively to support career development, maintain high standards of professional competency, and drive the overall growth strategy of the organization.
