Game Designer II at Uken Games

Sawyer W. has had a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. They started their career at Chaotic Studios Inc as an intern game/level designer and project coordinator, where they demonstrated skills in game and level design and effectively implemented gameplay designs and art assets. They then worked as a game programming instructor at Real Programming for Kids before joining Blue Isle Studios as a quality assurance contractor and later as a game designer. Sawyer then moved to Uken Games, where they served as a senior QA analyst and eventually transitioned to the role of game designer. They have worked on various mobile games, including "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" and "Jeopardy World Tour".

Sawyer W. pursued higher education at The University of Lethbridge from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in New Media. In 2014, Sawyer attended Sheridan College and completed a Game Level Design Certificate, achieving honors in the program. They obtained this certification from Sheridan in August 2015.

Currently, Sawyer is enrolled at The University of Lethbridge once again, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. This program commenced in 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2024.
