Angela Landry

Angela Landry has extensive experience in technical training and customer success, currently serving as Lead Technical Trainer at UKG since January 2019, following roles as Senior Technical Trainer and Instructor. Previously, Angela worked at Ultimate Software for nearly seven years in various positions including Instructor, Lead Account Manager, and Senior Account Manager, focusing on HCM products and providing support to approximately 200 clients. Before this, Angela managed a self-employed tutoring business for students in grades 6 to 12, specializing in math subjects. Angela's military background includes serving as an Air Defense Artillery Officer in the US Army, where significant responsibilities included operations planning and base security during deployment to Bosnia-Herzegovina. Angela also worked as an Assistant Project Manager for the US Federal Government, providing engineering support for facility renovations in Germany. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Engineering Technology from the University of Central Florida.
