Ankur Bansal

Ankur Bansal is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at UKG since September 2023, focusing on building the UKG Platform to enhance customer experience through advanced AI and analytics. Prior to this role, Ankur held the position of Director of Product Management at Pegasystems from January 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the product strategy and roadmap for user engagement and Observability within Pega Cloud offerings. Ankur has also worked as Group Product Manager at nearbuy.com and as Head of Product Management for TechGig at Times Internet, contributing significantly to product strategies and community building. Previous experience includes roles at Timesjobs, Adobe Systems, and Aricent. Ankur holds an Executive MBA in Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a Master’s in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Technology from Kurukshetra University.
