Dean Lavender has over two decades of experience in customer success and relationship management within the software industry. Currently serving as Director of GTM Customer Success and Director of Executive Relationship Management at UKG since August 2020, Dean previously held various leadership roles at Ultimate Software, including Executive Relationship Manager for the East Region, Payment Services Director, and Customer Relationship Manager from January 2000 to August 2020. Dean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, earned between 1985 and 1989.
