Eric Lavalette

Eric Lavalette is currently the Director of Global Strategy at UKG. Eric has previous experience as the Director of Global Research and Strategy at Ultimate Software, Manager of Global Business Transformation at The Hackett Group, and Senior Manager of HRMS Strategy at Visteon. Eric Lavalette has also held positions at Ford Motor Company and Applied Materials. Most recently, they were the VP of Continuous Improvement at SafeGuard World International. Prior to that, they were the Outdoor Education Director at Ohio-West Virginia YMCA.

Eric Lavalette completed their MBA at the Texas McCombs School of Business and their B.Ph. at Miami University.

Eric Lavalette reports to Heather J. Flanders, Senior Director, Human Resources. Eric Lavalette works with and Jill Deems - Director of Product Management.
