Erika Shapiro is a seasoned professional in event marketing with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Sr. Events Marketing Manager for Global Alliances at UKG, a position held since the company's formation in 2020 through the merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos, Erika has a strong background in managing event programs and marketing initiatives. Prior to UKG, Erika was with Ultimate Software for a decade, advancing through various roles including Conference Systems and Data Manager and Events Marketing Coordinator. Erika started their career at CoreLogic, where roles included Business Analyst, and also served as the Assistant to the President at Colonial Property Management.
