Ethan Branum

Ethan Branum has extensive experience in finance leadership, primarily in roles at UKG from August 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 20 finance professionals to provide critical reporting and analysis for the global Go To Market organization. Key accomplishments during this tenure involved setting sales compensation strategies, managing significant financial quotas, and ensuring timely commission payments for over 1,500 sales employees worldwide. Previously, Ethan held various finance positions at Kronos Incorporated from 2009 to 2017, focusing on sales commission payments and performance analysis, as well as roles at Centerpoint Advisors and Lewtan Technologies early in the career. Ethan holds an M.A. in International Economics & Finance from Brandeis School of Business and Economics and a B.S. in Mathematics & Economics from Denison University.
