Hennie Strydom

Hennie Strydom currently serves as Vice President of Value Stream Acceleration Services at UKG since January 2023. Strydom has extensive experience at McKinsey & Company, holding various leadership roles including Director of Integration & Scaling for Caserta Concepts and Candid Partners, and Head of Global Operations for both McKinsey Design and McKinsey Digital Labs from 1999 to 2023. As the Founder of Vimbli, a company specializing in corporate transitions, Strydom provided personalized solutions for organizational changes from 2012 to 2014. Additional roles include board membership at Spearhead Rugby Academy, advisory work for Restwise, and management of the Private Equity Practice for the Americas at McKinsey. Strydom's earlier career includes engineering roles at Denel Aviation and the South African Defense Force. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University and engineering degrees from the University of Pretoria and Stellenbosch University.
