Jennifer Ho

Jennifer Ho is the Senior Director of HR Business Partner at UKG. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software from January 2018 to January 2022. From January 2016 to January 2018, they were the Director of Human Resources at Zipnosis. Jennifer has also held HR positions at Amcom Software, HighJump Software, The Packaging Department, and Bozell Kamstra.

Jennifer Ho’s experience in Human Resources spans over two decades. Jennifer began their career in 1997 as the Director of Human Resources at SPS Commerce. In 2000, they took on a similar role at Bozell Kamstra. The following year, they became the Director of Human Resources & Administration at HighJump Software. In 2010, they began working as a Contract Recruiter at Amcom Software. Two years later, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources at Zipnosis. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software. In their current role as Senior Director of HR Business Partner at UKG, they provide support to the organization’s HR department.
