Joe Hayes

Joe Hayes, CAMS, currently serves as Vice President of AML & Regulatory Compliance at UKG since August 2020, having previously held the position of Director of AML Compliance there. Prior to UKG, Joe Hayes worked at Kronos Incorporated as Director of AML Compliance for Workforce Ready from October 2019 to July 2020, and also had brief tenures as Assistant BSA Officer at Metro Credit Union and BSA Operations Manager at East Boston Savings Bank. Joe Hayes served as BSA Officer and Vice President at Salem Five Bank and as a Senior Financial Intelligence Unit Investigator at Santander Bank, following a role as Senior AML Analyst and Branch Manager at Citizens Bank. Joe Hayes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College, earned between 1987 and 1992.
