Jordan D. Curet

Jordan D. Curet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation services and project management, currently serving as the Director of Ready Implementation Shared Services at UKG since August 2020. In this role, Jordan provides strategic leadership to the UKG Ready Implementation Services business unit, overseeing global teams and operational objectives for delivering products to customers. With a background in strategic design, Jordan has successfully led teams in creating and improving methodologies for global services and aligning delivery strategies with organizational goals. Previously, Jordan held several key positions at UKG and Ultimate Software, focusing on cross-functional program management, client project oversight, and process improvement. Jordan's legal expertise, gained through earlier roles as an Associate Attorney and Legal Agreements Specialist, complements a robust educational foundation, including a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Lynchburg.
