Kate Bischoff

Kate Bischoff is an experienced attorney and HR consultant, currently leading k8bisch LLC, formerly tHRive Law & Consulting, since September 2016. With a strong focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness, Kate serves on the Workforce Institute Board for UKG and the Ethics Advisory Board for Arena Analytics. Additionally, Kate has been an HR Compliance Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law since 2016, where the HR Compliance Certificate Program supports professionals in navigating compliance requirements. Previous positions include Counsel at Zelle, Special Counsel at Gray Plant Mooty, and Human Resources Officer for the U.S. Department of State. Kate holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
