Kendall Carroll

Kendall Carroll is a seasoned professional in product management and marketing with extensive experience in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at UKG since November 2025, Kendall previously held multiple leadership roles at Alteryx, where responsibilities included developing go-to-market plans and optimizing product lifecycles. At Alteryx, Kendall managed junior product managers, facilitated enablement sessions, and was recognized as a Product representative at President's Club. Prior experience includes significant contributions at NetApp, where Kendall launched product features and optimized customer engagement strategies, as well as educational roles in theater that emphasized curriculum development and student mentorship. Kendall holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Education from West Texas A&M University.
