Laura Poggi

Laura Poggi, MBA, is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer events and marketing strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Events at UKG since January 2021, Laura leads a team dedicated to organizing key customer events, including the annual UKG Aspire conference. Previously, Laura held various senior marketing roles at PeopleDoc Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing global marketing and sales enablement initiatives, developing integrated marketing strategies, and building high-performing teams. Laura's earlier experience includes directorships in marketing at RTTS and a solid foundation in technical marketing at IBM, complemented by an educational background in marketing from Siena College and an MBA from Baruch College.
