Maddie Downes

Maddie Downes has extensive experience in demand generation and marketing, currently serving as a Demand Generation Program Manager at UKG since July 2021, after progressing through various roles within the company. Maddie is also the head junior varsity and assistant varsity cheerleading coach at Andover High School since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Professional at Eddie V's Prime Seafood, where customer relations were emphasized, and as a Marketing Programs Co-Op at Kronos Incorporated, contributing to various marketing initiatives and program management. Earlier, Maddie worked as a Social Media Specialist at Trentanove Skin Studio, focusing on brand promotion. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at Fitchburg State University, building on a prior business background at Stonehill College and Austin Preparatory School.
