Mahesh Ganesan

Mahesh Ganesan is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions integration, currently serving as Sr. Director of M&A Integration at UKG since August 2020. Prior to this role, Mahesh held the position of Director of M&A Integration at Kronos Incorporated and was a Senior Manager in the same field at athenahealth. Mahesh's extensive experience also includes over a decade at IBM, where responsibilities ranged from leading implementation of workforce technologies to overseeing integration processes for acquired companies. Early career experience at Ford Motor Company involved various engineering and marketing roles. Mahesh holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
