Matthew McGraw

Matthew McGraw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting and customer implementations. Currently serving as a Principal Strategy Consultant at UKG since March 2023, McGraw specializes in the Pro WFM software suite, facilitating workshops and supporting project teams. Prior to UKG, McGraw held roles at Kronos from January 2013 to April 2023, including Principal Solution Consultant and Application Consultant, where responsibilities involved ensuring successful implementations of the Workforce Central software suite. McGraw also has experience in sales and fabrication at Industrial Rubber Technologies from August 2000 to August 2011 and served as a Sergeant First Class in the United States Army Reserve from July 2001 to August 2012, where McGraw was a Senior Drill Sergeant in the 1/329 Infantry Training Battalion.
