Patty K. Shipes

Patty K. Shipes is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in healthcare and enterprise sales. Currently serving as Vice President of Healthcare Sales at UKG since October 2020, Patty leads a high-performing team focused on the acute care sector across over 30 states in the US. Prior to this role, Patty held various positions at Kronos Incorporated, including Global Account Manager and Sr. Healthcare Sales Executive, where management of complex global accounts and closure of significant contracts were key achievements. Earlier career experience includes sales roles at ePartners and Xerox, where Patty successfully sold ERP solutions and executed direct selling across multiple industries. Academically, Patty holds a Master's in Applied Behavioral Studies and an MBA from Oklahoma City University, along with a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
