Sergio Astorino

Sergio Astorino is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as Manager Implementation, HRO at ADP since December 2023. Previously, Sergio held various leadership roles at Beanfield Metroconnect, including Senior Director of Customer Experience, where responsibilities expanded to overseeing the Customer Success department and managing teams across multiple provinces. Additional experience includes positions at Fibrenoire, Cogeco Peer 1, Air Canada, Bell Canada, Boomerang Tracking, Sitel Canada Inc., and TD Canada Trust, where Sergio demonstrated a consistent ability to improve operational efficiencies, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead diverse teams. Sergio holds a DEC in Computer & Digital Systems Technology from Vanier College.
