Siddhartha Kapila

Siddhartha Kapila is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at UKG since October 2019, Siddhartha previously held positions as Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at FIS from December 2016 to October 2019. Earlier roles included Java Developer at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2013 to December 2016. Siddhartha has a proven track record of enhancing application functionality and managing modules throughout the software development lifecycle. Siddhartha earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013, and has a strong foundational education in Computer Science from various institutions, including City Montessory School in Lucknow and Kendriya Vidyalaya Aundh Pune.
