Stephanie Romero, MSHRM, is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as an HR Programs and Experience Specialist at UKG since April 2021, Stephanie has also held roles such as Senior TA Operations Program Coordinator and TA Operations Program Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruiting Coordinator at KW Property Management and Consulting, a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Carnival Cruise Line, and a Human Resources Assistant at Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution.
