Terence Endersen

Terence (Terry) Endersen has extensive experience in workforce optimization and resource management, currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Optimization at UKG since August 2020. Terry plays a crucial role in global delivery and customer success initiatives, leading a team and evaluating processes for improvement. Prior to this, Terry worked in various roles at Ultimate Software, including Resource Coordinator and Technical Project Manager, where strong customer relationships and performance metrics management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Terry has held positions at Infor, Southern California Edison, Toyota Financial Services, Oracle, Infinium Software, and Telautograph/Omnifax Corporation, with a consistent track record of achieving high performance metrics and customer satisfaction. Terry holds education credentials from California State University, Long Beach and UCLA.
