Tiffany Owens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business systems administration and garnishment management. Currently serving as the Lead Business System Administrator at UKG since 2020, Tiffany has previously held key roles at Ultimate Software, including Services Strategist and Garnishment Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing project management, business analysis, and operational improvement initiatives. With a background at The Home Depot and Delta Air Lines in garnishment specialization, Tiffany has developed strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. Tiffany obtained a degree from Middle Tennessee State University and has a foundation from Columbia State Community College.
