Paul Carter Brown is the founder, CTO and director of UKheshe Technologies. Paul was previously employed as a group CIO at Smile Communications and as a partner at Accenture. Paul has over 20 years of experience in sales, account management, architecture and delivery. Paul is an expert in IMS, OSS and BSS systems.

Paul Carter Brown studied mechanical engineering at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and matriculated with a science, geography, and biology focus from St Charles College.
