Anat Binur

CEO & Co-Founder at Ukko

Anat Binur is the CEO and co-founder of Ukko, a cutting edge technology company that partners with startups to transform large industries. Prior to Ukko, Ms. Binur was an investment partner at Innovation Endeavors, a venture capital firm backed by Eric Schmidt. Ms. Binur has also served as a consultant for The World Bank, heading the implementation of an innovative project involving behavioral economics field experiments in Kenya and Egypt in the area of fintech.

Ms. Binur holds a PhD from MIT, where they designed and implemented a novel study employing large-scale behavioral economics field experiments to empirically test and measure norms of trust and cooperation in game theoretic settings. Ms. Binur is also the founder and executive board member of MEET (Middle East Education through Technology), and has served as a legislative fellow for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Anat Binur received a PhD in Political Science with a focus in Behavioral Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MPA in Political Economy and Management from Columbia SIPA, and a LLB in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
