Elaine Fosi

Elaine Fosi is an experienced HR Manager with a diverse background in human resources management. Currently serving at UIC Commercial Services since January 2022, Elaine Fosi also holds a longtime position at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, where roles have included HR Manager and Human Resources Manager since 2010.
