Roxanna A. Moe

Roxanna A. Moe, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Corporate and Commercial HR Director at Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation since March 2014, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives and integrating corporate values into HR services. Previously, Roxanna held the position of HR Specialist at Petro Star Inc. from May 2013 to March 2014 and worked as an HR Coordinator at Alaska Pacific University between February 2012 and May 2013, supporting faculty and management in various HR programs. Roxanna's career began at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, where, from December 1993 to October 2011, significant contributions were made as Director of Employee Relations, focusing on recruitment, compliance, and employee development. Currently, Roxanna is pursuing a Degree Completion Program in Business Administration and Management at Alaska Pacific University.
