Yuriy Gubar

Yuriy Gubar is the Head of Project Management Office at JSC "Ukrainian Processing Center," with a background in project management at Sberbank and Raiffeisen Bank Aval. He is responsible for establishing PMO role and operating model, aligning project portfolio planning with company strategy, successful delivery of key projects, project management governance, team leadership and consulting, project portfolio planning, monitoring & reporting, overseeing project managers, and conducting PM trainings. At Sberbank, he developed and launched a multichannel mass payment system. And at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, he focused on product management in payments, remittances, currency-exchange, acquiring, and e-commerce. Additionally, he has experience as a Lead expert in Partner and Agents division, Retain operation division, Senior expert in Lending and bank insurance division, and Expert in Call Centre.
