Igor Blinov

Igor Blinov, PMP, possesses extensive experience in project management and financial oversight, currently serving as the Head of Project Implementation Unit at the Ukrainian State Air Traffic Service Enterprise since 2005. Throughout the tenure at this organization, Igor has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of the Economics and Finance Department and Head of the Financial and Economic Planning Division. Prior to this, Igor was the General Manager at New Level of Animation and worked as a Project Manager and Tour Leader at Olymp Travel Ltd from 2004 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity from the National Aviation University and a Performance Management qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
