Ruslan Pliashechnyk is a Project Manager at Ukrposhta, where Ruslan works on the development and promotion of a bill that will allow the national operator of postal services to provide limited banking services to rural areas. Prior to this role, Ruslan was the Head of Network operational risk and branch support unit at OJS Company "Universal Bank" where Ruslan was responsible for managing various projects related to process optimization and compliance. Before that, Ruslan worked as a senior auditor at JS INDEX-BANK within the Credit Agricole Group, conducting internal audits and investigations. Ruslan holds a Master's degree in Jurisprudence and Accounting and Audit.
