Viktoriia Boiarchuk has a strong background in finance and auditing, with experience in various industries. Viktoriia started their career at EY as an Audit Intern and worked their way up to Audit Manager. At EY, they specialized in auditing financial statements and conducting investigations to detect fraud and non-compliance. After leaving EY in 2019, they joined Schlumberger as a Finance Manager, where they managed accounting teams and oversaw financial results. In 2021, they became a Finance Manager at Httpool Ukraine, before moving on to their current role as Head of Internal Audit at Ukrposhta in 2023.
Viktoriia Boiarchuk obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economy and Management from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Viktoriia then pursued a Master's degree in International audit and accounting at the same university from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they have earned certifications such as ACCA from ACCA (obtained in 2016) and an Auditor certificate from the Audit chamber of Ukraine.
