Vitaliy Slipchenko

Vitaliy Slipchenko has extensive experience in procurement and optimization roles. Vitaliy started their career at Golden Telecom as a Purchase Specialist in 2005. Vitaliy then worked as a Procurement Manager at MMDS Ukraine from 2008 to 2009. Vitaliy continued their career at Farlep-Invest (Vega Telecommunications Group) as a Procurement Manager from 2010 to 2013. Vitaliy then joined LLC "Intellectual Communications" as a Procurement Manager from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they started working at Ukrtelecom as a Project Manager, focusing on the disposal of unused assets. At Ukrposhta, they held the position of Head of Procurement Planning and Optimization, where they analyzed and optimized procurement processes, implemented an ERP system, and developed algorithms for calculating norms and limits of production materials. Vitaliy also worked as a Manager of Optimization and Operating Costs at Ukrposhta. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise and dedication in procurement and optimization roles.

Vitaliy Slipchenko attended the Kyiv School of Economics in 2018, where they focused on the professionalization of procurement. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued their undergraduate degree at Kyiv Slavonic University. During this time, Vitaliy earned a Specialist's Diploma in customs management, specializing in the management of organizations.
