Vishal Patel

Vishal Patel currently serves as Treasurer for both UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement since February 2023. Prior to this, from September 2015 to February 2023, Vishal held the position of Director of Global Treasury, Shared Services, and Risk Management at Antylia Scientific. Expertise encompasses corporate treasury operations, private equity, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and the management of debt and investment portfolios. Proficiencies include Treasury Management Systems (TMS), staff hiring and management, credit policy, public and private debt management, interest rate hedging swaps, and global operations concerning operating cash flows and foreign currency exchange.
