Matt Pasha is an accomplished director and program manager with extensive experience in the fields of technology, data science, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of the Thermal Runaway Incident Program (TRIP) and Technology & Systems at UL Standards & Engagement since May 2018, Matt leads key initiatives focused on Lithium battery safety within the airline industry. Previously, in a 15-year tenure at UL Solutions, Matt held various roles, including Innovation Manager where strategic investment opportunities in Smart Cities and autonomous systems were identified, and Global Marketing Manager, responsible for launching training and marketing programs in Additive Manufacturing. Earlier career experiences include leading interactive marketing strategies at Kemper Insurance and consulting for Fortune 500 clients at iXL. Matt's educational background includes a BS in Radio, Television, and Film from Northwestern University.
