Curt Tremel is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in performance lab management and engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at UL since May 2014, Curt has previously held positions as Manager of the Performance Lab at Underwriters Laboratories and Director of the Performance Lab at Springboard Engineering. Prior experience includes roles at Whirlpool, where Curt progressed from Design Engineer to Manager of the Performance Lab over a span of 12 years. Curt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
