Frank Starker

Frank Starker is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience, including more than a decade in agile development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at UL Solutions, Frank oversees engineering teams and plays a critical role in guiding Agile Software Development Life Cycles. Previously, Frank held positions at CommerceHub, Stewart's Shops Corp, and HealthcareSource, where they developed enterprise SaaS products and led teams through significant technological transitions. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany and is passionate about team building and inspiring engineers to achieve their potential. In their free time, Frank enjoys roller skating and DJing.
