Pepe Cruz-Diloné

Pepe Cruz-Diloné has extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance within the medical regulatory, manufacturing, and academic sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Lead Auditor for Medical Regulatory Services at UL Solutions since August 2022, Pepe's previous roles include Senior Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Procter & Gamble, and Senior Program Quality Engineer at Cobham. Prior experience includes engineering positions at Medtronic and teaching roles at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, where Pepe also conducted research. Early career experience features continuous improvement management at Republic Services, educational assistantships at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a lean manufacturing role at CLS Creative Lighting Solutions. Pepe holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
