Sachin Kumar Rai

Sachin Kumar Rai is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in AI and predictive modeling. Currently serving as the AI/Simulation Engineering Leader at UL Solutions since July 2012, Sachin has held various roles including Program & Technical Lead, Technical Lead, and Research Engineer in predictive modeling. Prior experience at GE Energy from July 2008 to June 2012 includes positions as a Gas Turbine Design Engineer and Edison Engineer (EEDP), focusing on bucket tip shroud design and diffuser design. Sachin holds a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering (Energy Technology) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and completed an internship at ETH Zürich in the LSM Turbiomachinery Lab, specializing in film cooling and heat transfer.
