Santiago Bonilla

Santiago Bonilla has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and technical support. Currently serving as Telecom Lead Analyst at Underwriters Laboratories since September 1999, Santiago manages a team of 15 in new technology installations and provides 3rd level support. Previously, as a Voice & Data Specialist at ValueOptions, technical support was provided to various teams, while earlier experience as a PC Analyst at Loyola University Medical Center included local area network management and user support. Santiago holds a Liberal Arts degree in Visual Communications from Loyola University Chicago, a certification in Telecommunications from DePaul University, and has completed coursework in Data Processing at Triton College and an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Puerto Rico Jr College.
