Shuang Guo

Shuang Guo, Ph.D., currently serves as the IVD Medical Lead Auditor at UL Solutions since December 2022, focusing on on-site audits for ISO13485, MDSAP, and IVDD/IVDR with an emphasis on In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) manufacturers. Prior to this role, Shuang Guo was a Senior Research Scientist at InnovHope from February 2020 to May 2022, specializing in R&D for IVD devices, immunoassays, and biotech investment evaluations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technology Licensing Assistant at Washington State University from June 2016 to May 2018, where thorough patentability and market analyses were conducted. Academically, Shuang Guo earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Washington State University (2014-2019), a Master of Engineering in Analytical Chemistry from Ocean University of China (2011-2014), and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Shandong Agricultural University (2007-2011).
