Tim Kassel

Tim Kassel is a Senior Manager at UL Solutions, specializing in Lab Quality and Operational Excellence since October 2015. With a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Tim has focused on enhancing Lean culture, project execution for increased efficiency, and mentoring continuous improvement practitioners. Prior to UL Solutions, Tim held various leadership roles at Kraft Foods Group, DSM Functional Materials, and Motorola Mobility, where significant productivity improvements were achieved through strategic initiatives and mentorship of Green and Black Belt candidates. Tim's diverse experience includes data mining and analytics, product quality management, and tool development, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University.
