Adam Wasson

Adam Wasson has a diverse work experience in finance and operations. Adam is currently working as a Senior Finance Manager at uLab Systems, Inc., where they support manufacturing operations and planning, focusing on integrated business planning and COGS analysis. Adam also leads the implementation of a quarterly rolling forecast process and builds automated monthly dashboards for self-service reporting.

Prior to this, Adam had a long tenure at Medtronic, where they held various roles. As a Sales Operations Regional Leader, they provided analytics and data-driven support to field sales leadership, including procedural volumes analysis, market share performance, and inventory management. Adam also developed a procedure count dashboard utilizing data from a field inventory management system.

Adam also served as a Senior Finance Manager at Medtronic's Spine Business Unit, where they coordinated financial planning and analysis activities, including the development of AOP, forecast, and strat plan cycles. Adam implemented a new process for rolling up the current quarter forecast to align with the upcoming Delta V approach to forecasting.

In addition, Adam worked as a Finance Program Manager, partnering with marketers and the business development team to create financial models for evaluating new product launches and acquisition proposals. Adam also served as a Principal Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis group, where they facilitated the loading of forecast and budgets and created reporting dynamic files for P&L reference.

Before Medtronic, Adam gained experience as a Prin. Inventory Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst, where they provided support in areas such as inventory forecasting, cost center support, and budgeting.

At the start of their career, Adam worked at International Paper as a Financial Analyst, where they coordinated accounting aspects for a subsidiary company.

Adam Wasson pursued their undergraduate education at Delta State University from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting. Subsequently, in 2005, they joined Mississippi State University to further their studies. Adam completed a Master of Professional Accountancy program at Mississippi State University in 2006, emphasizing in Accounting.
