Chad Demmon is a seasoned retail merchandising professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Merchandising at Uline since August 2014, Chad has a strong background in driving sales and profitability across multiple categories. Previously, Chad held the position of V.P. Divisional Merchandising Manager for Home Textiles at Kohl's Department Stores, overseeing the domestics business, and served as Divisional Planning Manager for Shoes and Contemporary Women's Sportswear within the same company. Chad’s career also includes significant roles at Saks Incorporated's Carson Pirie Scott Division, managing women's accessories and successfully transitioning a leased shoe business to in-house operation. Earlier, Chad began in retail as a buyer at May Department Stores. Chad holds a B.S. in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Colorado Boulder.
