Jim Lemere

Jim LeMere currently serves as the Director of Customer Service at Uline since August 2023. Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at Northwestern Mutual, including Vice President of Servicing Capabilities & Enablement and Vice President of Client Services, where notable achievements included significant improvements in training effectiveness, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. With extensive experience in customer service management, Jim has successfully directed large teams and handled millions of customer interactions annually across multiple organizations, including Great Wolf Lodge and Conseco Insurance Group. Jim's academic background includes an MBA from Indiana University, a certificate in Digital Transformation from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
