Shelby Menely

Shelby Menely has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Uline since July 2012, after progressing through various roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. At Uline, Shelby manages corporate HR activities such as recruitment, selection, and compensation management while supporting branch HR teams. Prior experience includes roles at Oil-Dri Corporation of America, where responsibilities spanned corporate recruitment, compensation analysis, employee relations, and event management, culminating in the position of Corporate Human Resources Manager. Early career experience includes positions at Sun America, Inc. as an HR Assistant, supporting a workforce of around 1,000 employees. Shelby holds a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Stanford University, earned in 1996.
